Ferdinand’s around the world:

1400 spirits competed before a selection of the world’s finest tasters in China. Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin won the gold medal at Concours Mondial!

With the last barrels of our last year's Riesling infusion we have prepared something special: The first Dry Riesling Vermouth.

The minerality and fruit of the Saar Riesling, the Bitterness of the wormwood, and the floral and spicy flavors of regional herbs and flowers give this limited Vermouthwein from the Saar Valley a unique lightness and elegance.

Back on german soil there are more awards for FERDINAND’S. The prestigious "International Spirits Award" honors the Saar Dry Gin with the gold medal in the category of gin and the special award "most aromatic spirit of the year 2015".

Ferdinand brings gold to the Saar!

Produced in a small family-run distillery near Saarburg in the Saarland, Ferdinand’s Gin has already taken the hearts of Europe’s gin enthusiasts by storm. Last month, Saar Dry Gin went over the pond to America for the first time – more precisely, when David took on the Goliaths of the global drinks industry at the world’s most important award ceremony for spirits in San Francisco.

The jurors – the who’s who of the international world of spirits – were less impressed by large advertising budgets, announcing instead a surprising result for the experts at the World Spirit Competition: the taste and design of Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin totally won over the jury, leading to a great coup – a double gold medal for the Saar!
